At BOYA, we stand behind the quality of our audio equipment and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. We aim to ensure your recording experience is seamless, providing full refunds or exchanges for all eligible electronic products.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your BOYA account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the product in its original box with all accessories, manuals, and cables included to ensure your return is accepted for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
